Responsibilities: Building benchmarks to evaluate the performance of AI agents on data-driven discovery tasks. Using reinforcement learning, in-context learning, and other techniques to improve AI agent performance on those benchmarks. Collaborating with wet lab researchers to make new discoveries that can be validated in the lab. Qualifications: Experience with computational biology research, including sequencing data, human genetic data, population data, imaging data, etc. Significant experience with AI and machine learning or software engineering is highly preferred.
