Amazon Robotics is undergoing a Digital Transformation and QTS is driving a conversion of multiple Systems of Systems including ERP, PLM, MES, and Supply Chain Planning. We need a Principal Product Manager to oversee the Super-System and deliver a flexible, scalable, reliable, and robust set of products across product development, supply chain, manufacturing, deployment, and support. The principal PMT will also be responsible for leading the PMT community of practice in QTS, driving a dedicated and talented team towards high quality, standardized deliverable by leading from the front and being an exemplary practitioner. Key job responsibilities
Owning the collective roadmaps of our highly interdependent ecosystem of enterprise software that enables the delivery of the Global Supply Chain for all Robotics in the Amazon Fulfillment Network. Driving the PMT skillset into the organization by evangelizing, mechanizing, and teaching product management fundamentals across a broad technical skillset. Influence parter tech and non tech organizations to joint roadmaps that inhouse technology solutions to the right system to prevent unecessary system proliferation.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
