Join EY and help build a better working world. The opportunity Our goal is to provide clients with unique insights on leveraging SAP technology to enhance their operations. This is based on EY’s SAP service lines (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors), aimed at improving performance and productivity. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate models, processes, and operations, translating requirements into technical specifications. You will also analyze new technology implementations to ensure they meet business needs and work with technical teams on system architecture solutions. Your Key Responsibilities Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions effectively. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with objectives. Participate actively in client sessions, leading planning, execution, and closure of workstreams. Skills and Attributes for Success Successful candidates will possess a mix of technical and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and effective communication. Leadership in global teams, design & testing sessions, and collaboration with dependent teams are essential. Design and implement supply chain solutions across technology landscapes. Demonstrate deep technical expertise and strong business understanding. Lead SAP projects or workstreams with quality delivery. Maintain high-quality client service, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed. Build relationships with client personnel at various levels. Make sound decisions for complex problems. Adapt policies and procedures within scope of work. Understand system development lifecycle and technology architecture frameworks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Minimum 5 years working with SAP IBP, APO, and PPDS. Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills. Experience managing SAP projects and teams. Knowledge of industry best practices and advisory experience. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues. Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous consulting experience. SAP certifications. Experience with three full cycle implementations of core modules.
