What the Enterprise Content team does
To drive a robust upmarket strategy, Zoho has built out a dedicated content team to support mid-market and enterprise customer communication touchpoints across marketing and sales. In this capacity, the Enterprise Content team is involved in a wide range of strategic activities including website positioning, email campaigns, thought leadership, and case studies, all aimed at addressing the key interests and pain points of department heads and c-suite decision-makers.
Why this role matters
Great design is as important as great copy in enterprise branding. You’ll be the creative lead who shapes the look of our quarterly corporate magazine (Zoho Business Pulse) and related collateral—translating complex business themes into clean layouts, distinctive covers, and brand-consistent assets that are ready for both screen and press.
What you’ll do
Own visual direction for Zoho Business Pulse, including cover concepts, multi-page layouts, infographics, illustration commissioning, and final press files in Illustrator.
Design/project manage enterprise collateral, including sales decks, one-pagers, event signage, social and web assets.
Manage external partners, brief and QC freelancers, illustrators, photographers, and U.S. print vendors.
Coordinate with our design team in Chennai, guiding assets from concept to final.
Refine style guidelines, introduce new visual systems, and pitch fresh ideas that elevate Zoho’s enterprise presence.
Align with quarterly magazine schedules and campaign launch dates; maintain a living asset library for rapid reuse.
What you’ll bring 7+ years of professional design experience—including magazine or long-form layout work—and a portfolio that proves it
Ability to translate abstract business/tech concepts into compelling visual narratives
Mastery of Adobe InDesign & Illustrator; working knowledge of Photoshop
Deep understanding of print production: color management, pre-flight, proofing, and vendor communication
Experience commissioning and art-directing freelancers
