Requirements: Experience: 1+ years of experience in Shipping/Receiving or in Food/Beverage Manufacturing Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Languages: Bilingual, English and Spanish, is strongly preferred.Stand-up forklift certification (required)Familiarity with ERP / WMS systems such as D365 Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends & holidaysJob Description: At GT's Living Foods, our cooler consolidators ensure that every case/keg of finished product is maintained in cold storage in accordance with quality standards and product specifications. Warehouse cooler consolidators are responsible for transporting pallets of finished product in and out of the warehouse cold storage facility racking using a standup forklift. Cooler Consolidators must precisely load and retrieve pallets of finished product onto and from pallet runners in the cold storage racks while adhering to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Inspect forklift for damage and complete 'Forklift Operator's Daily Checklist' prior to operation to confirm forklift functions properly.Run reports / inventory location inquiries to validate locations are at 100% scanned.Help and support the cooler team by preparing racks for the days line production, maintaining, and upkeeping the cooler racking flavor allocation by cooler storge (EAST) (WEST)Allocate picked orders and stage in racks updating the team on locations.Pick slow items for the prior days product allocations.Validate missing items in AZ99, Cooler Out locations.Ensure product coming back into the coolers has proper LP with correct quantities.Review daily product order schedule and assignment, including outbound and transfer shipments.Operate stand-up forklift to transport pallets of finished product from the production line to be loaded onto pallet runners in the cooler.Ensure pallets of finished product are transported to the cooler in a timely manner according to quality standards and GMP guidelines.Use the FIFO method to ensure pallets of finished product are taken out of the cooler according to load date and time.Use RF scanner to complete systematic transactions, including tracking inventory, date and time of loading/unloading in cooler, and location of pallets in ERP/D365Adhere to all workplace safety standards, such as Lockout/Tagout, OSHA guidelines and other company policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to adapt, work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced/dynamic environment.
