(SSS) is seeking a Sr. Tactics Development (WEP/TAC) (ACD Operator/IR-/DCC) to support our mission at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance Extensive knowledge in programming (Python, PowerShell) Intermediate knowledge of IDS/IPS systems used by the DoD and federal agencies (e.g., Air Force, Navy, Army, DC3, DISA) Intermediate experience with network firewalls, log analysis, DNS, proxy, email, domain controllers, Active Directory Experience with network packet capture and analysis tools like WireShark and Snort Knowledge of DoD network topology and DMZ boundary protection Experience with system analysis software (e.g., EnCase, FTK), software coding, debugging, and virtual machine environments Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and its applications in cybersecurity Duties: Ensure all Tactics Development contract employees are qualified instructors and certified for their roles Develop and document Tactic Improvement Proposals (TIPs), TTPs for DCO operations Maintain and update tactics-related courseware, publications, and briefings Analyze ACD weapon systems for operational deficiencies Support integration of new equipment into daily operations and exercises Update Air Force Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (AFTTP) publications as needed Create and develop concepts of operations and employment for operational solutions Analyze TIPs and recommend command-level actions Develop and deliver presentations and briefs Identify deficiencies in training, equipment, and tactics; document and track these issues Ensure availability of tactics study materials for personnel Participate in Operations Review Panels/Boards for root cause analysis Operate a Range Scheduling Program supporting Cyber Weapon Systems Provide meeting minutes within 2 duty days of ORP/ORB conclusions Provide OJT and maintain continuity folders for personnel transition Create metrics for reporting and analysis to improve weapon system processes Support WEP/TAC conferences and exercises with advance notice and travel support STS Systems Support, LLC (SSS) offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, leave, insurance options, 401(k), profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.
