Responsibilities for a Quality Auditor include but are not limited to:

?

Conduct audits and provide feedback to reduce compliance risk and improve agent performance

Ensure adherence to applicable quality guidelines, processes, and compliance standards

Monitor agent responses and proper use of tools (e.g., scripts and resources)

Meet minimum production and accuracy goals as set by the team

Work independently and maintain secure handling of sensitive customer information in a remote setting

Candidates for the Quality Auditor role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

?

High school diploma or GED required

Experience working in a fast-paced office environment

Quality audit experience required

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Experience auditing customer service calls, preferably in healthcare, is a plus

$22.07 - $30.10/hour

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time

Pay Details:

$22.07 to $30.10 per hour
