Production Planner Location: Liverpool, NY Pay: Up to $72K DOE Seeking a Production Planner to manage manufacturing schedules and NPI builds at the Liverpool facility. This role ensures timely product delivery by aligning production plans with inventory, capacity, and customer needs. Cross-functional collaboration and strong ERP experience are essential. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage production schedules using SAP GIB/MRP systems. Release and monitor manufacturing orders; adjust based on demand and materials. Analyze data to track inventory, plan resources, and prevent shortages. Support new product introductions and resolve SAP/system errors. Optimize production plans based on lead times, bookings, and customer needs. Communicate schedule changes and resolve delays across departments. Drive continuous improvement and ensure quality and delivery standards. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years in production planning or purchasing in a manufacturing/MRP environment. Strong ERP knowledge (SAP preferred); APICS certification a plus. Skilled in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft tools. Effective communicator, problem-solver, and self-starter. Leadership experience and knowledge of SI&OP a plus. Some travel required.
