Building a suitable channel model for regional business development according to the company's channel strategy; analyzing existing channels and jointly developing, adjusting, and optimizing channels based on sales team needs. Participating in formulating channel management policies and distributor incentive policies, providing suggestions on pricing, rebates, promotions, and invoice rules; following up on policy implementation and submitting periodic analysis reports with improvement proposals. Initiating and designing channel projects by leveraging various resources to enhance channel capabilities. Delivering KPIs to facilitate channel transformation through project implementation. Ensuring distributor compliance with regulations; managing forecast accuracy for inventory; understanding regional channel situations and improving effectiveness through data analysis of inventory, sales, and stock levels. Collaborating with the sales team and influencing business functions through channel intelligence analysis and KPI updates. What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 8 years of experience, preferably with sales or as a sales manager. What else we look for (Preferred):

Proven leadership skills in channel management. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools such as salesforce.com. Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with high discretion in decision-making. Good presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and relationship management. Deep understanding of channel operations procedures and contribution to developing new concepts and standards. Knowledge of financial mechanisms related to channel operations. Extensive knowledge of medical device policies related to channel operations. Attention to detail and ability to interact professionally across organizational levels. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Leadership experience in project sections. Ability to develop relationships and influence change. Proven track record in people management. Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
