NACP - Analytics & Science is seeking an experienced Senior BIE to lead business analytics, science, and automation in partnership with Data Scientists, Supply Chain leaders, and Engineers. Our mission is to simplify analytics with innovative Data/Science products. This role is for a motivated individual with a strong analytical and technical background to join us as a Senior BIE. You will be responsible for designing and supporting top-tier business analytics solutions to help leadership make impactful decisions. You will own the design and development of analytics and science solutions to support key Capacity Planning initiatives, continuously raising the bar for scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analysis. Key job responsibilities
Partner extensively with Capacity Planning leaders and Supply Chain Planners to identify analytical needs and translate them into BIE/Science solution designs. Design, develop, and test solutions to ensure data management processes and visualization outputs accurately reflect business insights. Develop best practices to reduce coding effort through reuse and replace complex data handling steps with innovative designs and simpler tools/utilities. Work backwards from business KPIs used in operational decisions to design predictive, science-based automation solutions. Utilize AWS S3, Redshift, Athena, Quicksight, Tableau, and LLM to produce reliable solutions, enabling seamless integration with Strategic Planning and Excel models. Mentor BIEs and collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Managers to identify innovation opportunities and scale solutions. A day in the life

They collaborate directly with senior stakeholders to translate business issues into technical opportunities and design concepts. NACP (North America Capacity Planning) oversees capacity planning for Amazon warehouses and IXDs, focusing on designing and optimizing Amazon's warehouse network to improve supply chain productivity, cost, and delivery speed over a 1-5 year horizon. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of professional or military experience 5+ years of SQL experience Experience with large data sets (multi-TB) extraction, transformation, and cleaning Knowledge of design of experiments and statistical analysis Experience with AWS technologies Scripting experience for automation (e.g., Python) and advanced SQL skills Knowledge of data science, machine learning, and data mining Bachelor's Degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
