Were seeking an experienced
Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse Manager
to lead the coordination of care between Diagnostic Imaging and the Operating Room while overseeing operations in our IR suite. Youll report directly to the Director of Surgical Services and play a pivotal role in clinical supervision, workflow optimization, staff development, and performance improvement. What Youll Do
Manage the operational and fiscal performance of the IR department
Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
Lead, mentor, and evaluate IR staff including RNs, LPNs, techs, aides, and clerks
Integrate evidence-based practices and drive continuous clinical improvement
Serve as a liaison between surgical, diagnostic, and administrative teams
Oversee staffing, onboarding, education, and resource allocation
Facilitate performance improvement initiatives and use data to inform decisions
Promote team collaboration and maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
What Were Looking For
Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Oregon RN license
Clinical experience in Interventional Radiology
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
Preferred: BSN or certification in a relevant specialty
Previous nurse management experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates encouraged to apply

Ability to manage change and solve complex problems in high-stress environments
Comfort with physical demands including patient handling and long periods of standing or walking
Technically skilled in medical equipment and documentation systems
