The Advanced Practitioner supplies an expanded level of responsibility in health care services by combining those of the Advanced Practitioner and the Physician within the framework of mutually established medical guidelines and approved by the appropriate licensing board in the State of Washington. Advanced Practitioner (ARNP/PA-C) salary range: $110,000 - $135,000 (plus RVU Incentive Bonus), with potential for higher compensation for highly experienced candidates. Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Physician Preceptor and within CBHA’s established policies, provide direct patient care. Deliver primary, acute, and chronic care, including emergency services, to achieve and maintain optimal patient outcomes. Conduct health assessments, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and medical problems. Take accountability for screening, treatment, and follow-up care in collaboration with the Preceptor. Manage clinical cases within the scope of authority. Provide patient care at satellite clinics as assigned. Lead specialty clinics within the clinic or community, such as migrant school physicals, diabetic groups, sports physicals, well-baby clinics, etc. Support the Perinatal Care Program by providing services according to CBHA protocols. Participate in planning and developing healthcare programs as a team member. Perform other duties as assigned. Foster a positive work environment and adhere to clinic policies, including WE CARE standards of Behavior. Maintain confidentiality of all CBHA activities, reports, financials, patient information, and proprietary data. Qualifications

Professional and Technical Knowledge:

Experience in a family practice clinical setting is preferred. License and Certification:

Physician Assistant : Must have or be eligible for licensure in Washington State and be certified (PA-C) by the National Association of Physician Assistants. Family Nurse Practitioner : Must have or be eligible for licensure in Washington State as an ARNP. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for creating informational displays. Ability to quickly learn and proficiently use Electronic Medical Record Software. Communication Skills: Effective communication of clinical information to non-clinical staff, patients, and others. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and electronic formats, in formal and informal settings.
