Your responsibilities will include: Providing support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Managing IT system infrastructure and related processes. Supporting IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution. Supporting escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Managing dispatch system and hardware problems, and remaining involved in resolution. Configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, installing/loading OS software, troubleshooting, maintaining system integrity, and configuring network components to improve reliability and performance. Minimum requirements: Ten (10) years of experience as a Systems Administrator (SA) in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years of additional SA experience in lieu of a degree. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. TS/SCI clearance, with Polygraph, and Special Security Accesses required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; sponsorship for work visas is not available. Preferred qualifications: Experience with compliance standards. Strong communication skills and knowledge of development processes.
