Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a

Logistics Manager

to optimize and oversee the efficient flow of goods from our Distribution Centers to points of sale and clients. This role involves close collaboration with third-party vendors to ensure seamless transportation processes, proactively addressing and resolving any transportation-related issues for our stores and digital teams. The Logistics Manager will also be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative solutions through data-driven analysis and process improvement initiatives. Job responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage store/digital teams relationships providing relevant and reliable information (delivery lead time, order follow up, etc.) Relay requests to appropriate department (Distribution Center, Sales Admin, Supply Chain, etc.) Manage daily/weekly performance of transportation vendors and implement corrective actions Overseeing small parcels (UPS/Fedex) activity continuity, proper traceability and according reporting Deploy short term and day-to-day activities to ensure efficient response to logistics defined strategy Coordinate with the Distribution Center and vendors to ensure end-to-end is monitored Answer discrepancy reports and work with the warehouse on any missing parcels / parcel issues Agility Work in partnership with the vendors (UPS/Fedex) and define action plans to improve processes, methods and tools Work with the logistics and finance departments to simplify invoicing payments, cost savings and reconciliation processes within the department. Liaise with IS&T and Distribution Centers to ensure all needed reports are triggered properly and propose improvements where applicable. Encourage the implementation of environmentally conscious alternatives when appropriate. Propose transportation strategy when/if applicable (alternative transportation mode, shipping partners, transportation risks, etc.) Question the existing and provide analysis to reduce costs or improve the service level. The ideal candidate will have seasoned relevant experience in Logistics, Transportation Management, or Supply chain operations, preferably within the retail or luxury goods industry. Communication Skills:

Possesses elevated and sophisticated communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with all levels of the organization and external partners. Strong presentation skills are also desired. Vendor Management Expertise:

Demonstrated experience in managing small parcel vendors. Technical Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential. Experience with Power Query and Power BI is a significant plus. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Language Skills:

Fluency in French is a plus. Other Attributes:

Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong commitment to service excellence. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The appointed candidate will be offered an annual salary within the range of USD $110,000 - $120,000, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
