Full-time Pharmacists are eligible based on performance. Primary Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service to build loyalty. Championing programs like Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx. Leading the team through modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards. Organizing workflow for efficient prescription filling and clinical services. Delivering clinical services such as CMR, TMR, CMM, Disease State Management, and Immunizations. Developing LTC business by engaging with nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences. Identifying Long Term Care and Specialty business opportunities. Dispensing medications and providing clinical pharmacy services. Applicants must have or be able to obtain:

A pharmacy license without sanctions A PharmD or MTM Certification (with proof from an approved ACPE program) Immunization Certification CPR Certification NPI Number Physical Demands

This role may include long periods of standing, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Vision abilities required include close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth perception, and focus adjustment.
