Nurse Practitioner (PCP) Hiring Range: $134,929.60 to $184,412.80 Pay Range: $134,929.60 to $209,164.80 Hiring Incentives: Sign-on bonus Relocation package Job Responsibilities: The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Provider (PCP) is responsible for providing direct clinical care to customer-owners in the assigned area, managing care for a panel of customer-owners, and collaborating with other clinical staff to establish medical protocols and treatment plans. Qualifications: SCF programs primarily serve Alaska Native people affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF’s service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and needs of this population to support SCF’s vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and its mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health services: Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Alaska. Current certification by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Eligibility for associate medical staff membership and privileges. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO, and PALS may be required depending on specialty and scope of practice. Certification from SCF Human Resources is required before applicants receive preference. Employee Health Requirements: Employment is contingent upon compliance with SCF’s Employee Health procedures, including necessary immunizations such as MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap, and COVID-19, prior to starting employment. Jobs designated as Health Care Personnel (HCP) require documentation of these immunizations.
