Own the roadmap—and the outcomes—for our enterprise ClinicalTrial Recruitment Tracking & Management platform as it expands into AI‑powered matching, predictive enrollment analytics, and personalized participant engagement tools. You’ll translate high‑impact problems into scalable features, lead cross‑functional squads, and measure success by accelerated enrollment and delighted users. What You’ll Do
End‑to‑End Product Ownership
– Define, validate, and deliver features across ClinicalTrialsFinder, Pre‑Screeners, ReferralTracking, VolunteerRegistry, and Real‑TimeAnalytics. Enterprise Client Discovery
– Lead requirements workshops with pharma, CRO, and academic customers; translate regulatory and workflow needs into clear product specifications. Outcome Measurement
– Define KPIs (e.g., referral‑to‑enrollment rate, AI‑match precision) and use analytics dashboards to iterate for continual improvement. Continuous Discovery & Customer Delight
– Spend at least 10% of your time interviewing patients, sites, and sponsors; run A/B tests and rapid prototypes during quarterly

– Lead an agile squad of engineering, UX, data science, and clinical SMEs; ship to production every sprint and present metrics in weekly “show‑don’t‑tell” demos. Go‑to‑Market Enablement

4+years of product management in B2B SaaS; 2+years in health‑tech, life‑sciences, or data‑driven products. Demonstrated success shipping complex products to large, regulated customers. Working knowledge of clinical trial operations or healthcare data standards (e.g., CDISC, FHIR, HL7). Comfort collaborating with distributed/offshore development teams; able to maintain clear communication and overlap schedules across time zones. Familiarity with modern AI/ML concepts (NLP, LLMs, predictive modeling) and how they translate into customer value. Strong analytical mindset; able to turn data insights into product decisions. Superb communicator who inspires engineers, reassures clinicians, and closes feedback loops with customers. Residence in NY, NJ or PA with ability to be onsite 1–2days weekly Nice‑to‑Have
Experience with patient recruitment platforms, eClinical platforms, EHR integrations, or real‑world data products. Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, Part 11) or security‑minded development. Hands‑on experience managing products with offshore engineering partners.
