Project Manager / Sr. Field Supervisor
to lead transformer testing projects across Utility, Commercial/Industrial, and Data Center sectors. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively. Travel throughout Georgia and Tennessee will be required. Responsibilities As a
Project Manager / Sr. Field Supervisor , your primary responsibilities will include: Leading and managing transformer testing projects for Utility, Commercial/Industrial, and Data Center clients. Overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company protocols. Supervising field teams to ensure high-quality work and timely project completion. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on project progress. Conducting on-site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards. Preparing detailed reports and documentation related to project activities and outcomes. Collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes and improve project efficiency. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Proven experience in transformer testing and project management within Utility, Commercial/Industrial, or Data Center environments. Strong technical knowledge of transformer systems and testing procedures. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to travel extensively throughout Georgia and Tennessee. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus. Relevant certifications or training in transformer testing and project management are highly desirable. Day-to-Day Your typical day will involve: Coordinating with field teams to ensure smooth execution of transformer testing projects. Traveling to project sites across Georgia and Tennessee to oversee operations. Conducting safety briefings and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Monitoring project progress and addressing any challenges that arise. Communicating with clients to provide updates and address concerns. Reviewing and analyzing test results to ensure accuracy and quality. Preparing and submitting detailed project reports to stakeholders.
