We are looking for a Program Manager II with Secret Clearance to join a high-performing team at Hanscom AFB, supporting essential defense initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex defense projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet Department of Defense (DoD) standards, timelines, and budgets. This individual will work with cross-functional teams and directly support national security missions, including those related to cybersecurity and advanced technologies. Responsibilities: Program Leadership : Lead and manage defense programs from initiation to completion. Ensure programs align with DoD requirements and maintain scope, budget, and schedule. Project Planning & Coordination : Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and implement risk management strategies to achieve program milestones and deliverables. Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective expectations management. Cross-functional Team Leadership : Oversee teams across multiple disciplines, ensuring successful collaboration among engineering, cybersecurity, and operations groups. Compliance & Security : Ensure full compliance with DoD security protocols and manage sensitive information in line with federal regulations. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Budget & Resource Management : Monitor and control the program budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and efficient use of financial assets. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to drive program success and improve performance. Requirements: Certifications : PMP is highly desired Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing complex defense programs At least 2 years in a leadership or senior program management role Experience within DoD or federal government agencies is preferred Proven ability to manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Strong expertise in managing project resources, timelines, risk assessments, and performance tracking. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, including technical, cybersecurity, and operational personnel. Strong understanding of DoD standards, requirements, and regulations, particularly related to cybersecurity and system engineering. Familiarity with defense-related systems and cybersecurity best practices is highly preferred. Preferred Skills & Experience: Cybersecurity Knowledge : Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices related to DoD requirements. Advanced Project Management:

Experience with agile methodologies, Earned Value Management (EVM), and tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Primavera. Communication:
