Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated
Manager of Environmental Compliance
to support environmental compliance across multiple AGP facilities. This technical role ensures alignment with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and provides key support to both facility operations and engineering projects. What You’ll Do This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll play a pivotal role across multiple facilities, acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on specialist. You’ll ensure our operations align with ever-evolving environmental laws, and you’ll work directly with engineers, operations leaders, and regulatory agencies. You’ll get to: Support capital and facility maintenance projects that directly impact plant operations and profitability Manage key environmental permits (air, stormwater, wastewater, NPDES) utilizing reporting platforms like SLEIS, CEDRI, TRI-MEweb, and more Serve as the go-to expert on environmental requirements, such as, the Clean Water Act, SPCC, SWPPP, and FRP Train facility teams and support users of our Environmental Management System Build relationships with regulatory agencies and represent AGP in relevant forums Stay ahead of environmental trends and regulatory changes, making sure we’re always prepared What You Bring We’re looking for someone who’s both technically sharp and mission-driven: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (science or engineering background preferred) At least 2 years of environmental compliance experience (5–10 is even better!) Hands-on experience in industrial settings and environmental permitting/reporting Fluent in regulatory acronyms: CWA, NPDES, SPCC, SWPPP, FRP (bonus if you know a few more!) Proficiency in Excel and environmental reporting platforms Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management A clear, confident communicator—both in writing and in person Why AGP?
