34040 Union Camp Drive, Franklin, VA 23581 Phone: 757-569-4321 This position is for an Area Process Manager in either the Power department OR the Chemical Recovery department Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Power and Recovery team members to meet department scorecard objectives. Assist the Business Unit Manager with implementing the reliability roadmap, ensuring safe and efficient operation of department equipment, including outage planning. Coordinate production activities with maintenance, operations, quality control, procurement, and other teams across four shifts involving approximately 43 hourly employees. Work with the 3PQP coordinator to develop and maintain team training programs and skill proficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: For Chemical Recovery: Knowledge of operations and maintenance of evaporators, causticizing, lime kiln, and related equipment. For Power: Knowledge of operation and maintenance of recovery & power boilers, turbines, water systems, and related equipment. Effective communication and coordination skills. Strong leadership abilities. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience with a high school diploma. At least 5 years of related experience preferred.
