Job Description Own the production schedule for electronic assemblies, legacy parts, cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and build-to-order components. Lead NetSuite ERP implementation and usage improvement from BOM audits to work order flow to inventory accuracy. Partner with Engineering and Production to resolve ECOs and ensure AS9100/FAA-compliant documentation is reflected in planning. Release and track work orders; monitor WIP and expedite where needed. Analyze demand trends and forecast accuracy, drive inventory optimization. Support capacity planning and participate in S&OP discussions. Identify and address planning gaps using data, process mapping, and collaboration.
