Position Summary
A leadership role responsible for overseeing regional civil engineering operations, aligning performance with strategic goals, and ensuring high-quality project delivery across multiple teams and disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage regional engineering operations to meet performance and profitability targets. Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Mentor and support engineering staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Maintain and develop client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with other regional offices to share resources and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Professional Engineer license preferred). Demonstrated experience in civil engineering project management and team leadership. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
