Project Manager
who is creative and a hands-on expert in delivering innovative technology solutions. Responsibilities include team leadership throughout the solution development and delivery lifecycle, providing Agile Project Management and Scrum Master support, coordinating with product owners and stakeholders on backlog prioritization, creating release schedules and roadmaps, and establishing technical practices and release management standards aligned with customer processes. The individual will also ensure adherence to Agile Scrum processes and drive high client satisfaction. Contributions
You will work with stakeholders to understand their needs, goals, and requirements. Collaborating with our Technical Lead, you will ensure designs align with client objectives. A key function is to analyze past processes, current data, and demonstrate improvements through creating assets such as system maps and diagrams. Qualifications
Required: Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance 4+ years managing IT projects using agile methodologies 4+ years experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies 4+ years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent Ability to build credibility with clients, foster consensus, and achieve goals through influence Experience in writing user stories/epics, identifying dependencies, and designing solutions Flexibility to work with various teams and individuals, and willingness to handle diverse tasks Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience with a studio/human-centered design approach Applicants will undergo a background check and must meet eligibility requirements Preferred: PMP or PMI CAPM certification Certified Scrum Master About

This range is indicative of typical annual salaries and does not encompass the entire compensation package. Additional benefits are available.
