This Lab Supervisor position oversees daily operations of Embryology, Andrology, and Endocrinology staff, reporting directly to the Lab Director. The role involves consulting on IVF laboratory procedures and ART outcomes, collaborating with the IVF Laboratory Director and other departments. The position requires hands-on expertise in all aspects of embryology, andrology, and endocrinology, along with supervisory responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Supervise lab staff, including organizing PTO, training, hiring, and scheduling. Maintain lab equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Manage proficiency testing, quality assurance, and quality control programs. Provide monthly KPI reports for QA discussions. Train new staff members as needed. Perform all basic and advanced IVF laboratory procedures independently.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences or Chemistry; reproductive biology preferred. Technical Supervisor certification from the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) within two years of eligibility. Minimum of 5 years of experience in embryology. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Employment Details

This is a full-time, onsite, exempt position requiring early hours, rotating weekends, and holidays. Compensation & Benefits
