Power Transformation Manager

at TotalEnergies! This role unifies Renewables, FPI, and Trading Power under one strategic growth plan, acting as both a strategic enabler and a hands-on problem solver. Key Responsibilities: Steer and coordinate a pipeline of projects that drive the GRP Power US transformation, monitoring progress and resource allocation via the program management cockpit. Support seamless integration for BU initiatives, including acquisitions or reorganizations, through structured change management, resource coordination, and performance tracking. Propose solutions, guide team leads, and facilitate alignment to drive progress and business value. Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders, refining project methods based on feedback and lessons learned to align with GRP’s vision. Why Join Us? Impactful Work:

Work in a fast-paced, innovative, and supportive setting. Education/Experience: Master’s Degree or MBA (or equivalent) Minimum 15 years of experience in business or technical management at a senior level. Relevant experience across the U.S. power market value chain, from renewable assets to trading, with the ability to interpret program metrics for strategic decision-making. Skills: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to build consensus and maintain momentum in complex projects. Successful track record leading multi-stakeholder programs, preferably in energy or trading sectors, with strategic and execution skills. Strong communication, influencing, and facilitation skills suited to matrixed and cross-functional environments.
