Senior Controls Project Manager:
This is where you come in.
We’re looking for a
Senior Controls Project Manager
who will be responsible for the successful completion of various HVAC controls and energy-related projects. They will perform, manage, and confirm tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects, including: scoping of work, estimating, scheduling, project management, commissioning, performance verification, project closeout, and owner acceptance. The
Senior Controls Project Manager
is responsible for financial forecasting and delivering results, including securing utility incentives for assigned projects. They will manage communication with the project team, utility representatives, and the customer during all project phases, and direct engineers, technicians, electricians, and subcontractors as necessary.
Top deliverables in the first year include:
Providing technical support for building controls, energy, and commissioning projects, including managing customer meetings, developing riser diagrams, scope of work, and pricing.
Reviewing specifications, submittals, and design documents to ensure a complete scope of work, minimizing costly changes.
Performing and managing detailed estimating for BPG services.
Evaluating contractual scope and the impact of client directives and schedule changes, and communicating technical and business issues with clients and internal teams.

Stephen Wilson ,
Lead Project Manager . This highly visible role interacts with all organizational levels.
Your Background:

A proven track record of delivering controls projects on time and within budget
Expertise in providing technical support and working constructively with team members
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related experience in electrical/mechanical systems and project management
USGBC/LEED certifications are a plus
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Effective communication with customers, field personnel, sales, and office staff
Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities calmly and accurately

Compensation:
$130,000 - $170,000 annually
