Regional Sales Manager

is being recruited for Konecranes. They are looking for an experienced sales individual with professional and leadership qualities. This role involves managing all aspects of the sales department, overseeing the sales team, providing leadership for territory sales resources, and directing sales activities focused on team performance, individual targets, business development, and key account management. The candidate will also review pricing policies, oversee contract renewals and acquisitions, and research market and competitive information to suggest improvements within Konecranes. Private Recruiting Services Provided by Catalyst Career Group Position includes: $100,000 - $140,000 OTE $130,000-$180,000 Maintain a home office Full Benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance, and more 401(k) plan with company match Paid vacation, sick/personal days, holidays Company Vehicle Requirements Include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 years experience as a manager in service-related sales or operations Demonstrated leadership experience Technical sales knowledge; basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles Strong sales orientation with a proven record of capturing new business or segments Ability to develop and implement sustainable business development and operational plans Experience in customer management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience directing and managing sales efforts of staff Overseeing and training on CRM tools for all branch and territory personnel Developing and mentoring sales resources in follow-up, calls, closing, and presentation skills Overseeing and reporting on Key Account activity reports monthly to the VP, IS Sales Interviewing technicians and sales trainees in collaboration with the operations manager Participating in monthly management meetings Ensuring quality service in operations and adherence to policies Handling billing, warranty, and goodwill issues collectively with management Generating sales to meet budgeted targets and overseeing service sales and follow-ups Completing all order paperwork and holding sales personnel accountable Resolving customer complaints satisfactorily and in Konecranes' best interest Participating in contract renewals and strategic business development Providing market and competitive insights periodically To request an interview, click the “APPLY” button below.
