a highly qualified Mechanical Engineer

for the role of

Engineering Manager – Operations & Sales . This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business development efforts, and ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards. Lead day-to-day operations across engineering, production, sales, and marketing Ensure compliance with FAA and FAR Part 145 / PMA Part 21 regulations Design tooling and support repair development using SolidWorks or similar software Serve as the Accountable Manager within the first year Mentor technical teams and enforce safety and compliance culture Drive strategic growth and manage customer relationships Optimize workflows, project plans, and operational systems What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) 5+ years in Aerospace MRO, including hands-on aerospace manufacturing Prior experience in an FAA-certified repair station is
