Join them in building the future of legal tech, where impactful innovation meets user-centric design About the Role As a Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of 10senior engineers, with plans to scale to multiple teams overthe next year. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborateclosely with the CTO, CPO, Infrastructure Architect, andother executive stakeholders, shaping the strategicand technical roadmap. You’ll also drive transformationinitiatives, leveraging advanced cloud architectures,infrastructure automation, and microservices-baseddesigns to meet the needs of our large-scale, high-availability platform. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership :

Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering both individualand team growth.Make critical architectural and design decisions for a high-availability, scalable platform capable of handling large-scale data and processing demands. Strategic Alignment :

Collaborate with executivestakeholders to align team efforts with organizationalobjectives, focusing on scalability, security, andperformance.Partner with the CTO, CPO, and Infrastructure Architect to drive cohesive, mission-aligned strategies prioritizing user needs. Project Ownership :

Oversee the end-to-end technicalexecution of projects, ensuring the timely delivery ofhigh-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Technical expertise You might be a good fit if you have experience with : Programming Languages : Python, Go, Node.js, or Java Cloud Platforms :

Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Terraform,CloudFormation, or Pulumi CI / CD :

ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, or similar Containerization and Orchestration : Kubernetes,Docker Data and Storage Technologies : Experience withPostgreSQL, MySQL, or other RDBMS; familiarity withNoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) is a plus. Microservices and APIs : Strong understanding ofmicroservices architecture and RESTful, gRPC, orGraphQL APIs. Qualifications Speak and write clearly in English Intermediate level of Spanish 8–10 years in software engineering 3–5 years in engineering management.Provenability to lead cross-functional teams on complex,large-scale projects.
