Engineering Program Management Lead

Location. Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverableson complex, multi-faceted hardware R&D programs Organize and coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams Lead regular status meetings, project reviews, and end-of-task retrospectives Ensure timely and effective communicationof strategy, scope changes, risks, and progressbetween technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentations Identify opportunities to accelerate schedule or develop needed technologies Ability to travel up to 25% You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree minimum Minimum 8+ years’ experience in technical program management Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
