The role is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of MABI brands in the assigned Regional On-Premise accounts, as well as oversee and implement distributor planning, programming, and account execution. Ultimately responsible for delivering the annual sales plan in the given key accounts, and acting as the conduit for all distributor functions relating to the Company business.
Accountabilities:
Implement and execute on all aspects of regional on-premise key accounts sales plan and strategy. Present brand plans, pricing and programming according to parameters of business plan.
Responsible for on-going and consistent communication with key accounts to review MABI performance, authorizations, and overall programs to evaluate effectiveness and execution.
Team Management: Lead, train and mentor regional on-premise RAMs to ensure they meet sales targets, gain share, and consistently improve key account relationship.
Challenge the status quo, approach calculated risk-taking measures in results of innovating and executing new ideas to accelerate the organization’s growth ambitions.

Skills Needed To Be Successful:
5 to 7+ years of Sales Experience
5+ years’ experience with distributors/wholesalers
5+ years’ experience in beverage category
Navigating and leading through ambiguity
Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
Competitive annual salary from $134,000 to $170,000 in Chicago, IL
