We are seeking motivated, customer-obsessed individuals to join our experienced team of sales and design professionals. You will drive significant, profitable revenue growth while directly influencing our sales and marketing strategies. Top performers can earn up to $250,000 per year. How can you be a top performer? Proactively participate in local community events to increase customer engagement and sales. Monitor your local market and implement strategies to differentiate Texwin and drive sales. Generate and convert new sales leads through various platforms. Design products that meet or exceed customer expectations, maximizing revenue and margins. Identify ways to increase customer value and recommend product and service enhancements to boost revenue. What will you get? Potential earnings up to $250,000 annually, including a $600/week draw and industry-leading commissions. Full benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, AD&D, and 401k.
