Senior TechSIGINT Analyst SME

who will leverage deep technical understanding of signal characteristics to determine compliance during processing, collection, and retention of signals. This role involves applying compliant practices for identifying signal parameters and understanding signal behavior within RF and digital domains, with an emphasis on compliance implications in TechSIGINT operations and analytic activities in ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT. Capture and refine system requirements to align stakeholder needs with development activities. Perform user and group training, develop training materials. Participate in outreach to grow the product user community. Develop and execute requirements, test plans, and training to ensure compliance of TechSIGINT applications. Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications. Independently complete assignments with minimal supervision. Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally. Exercise independent judgment in applying work methods and procedures. Train new team members. Complete complex, non-routine assignments. Build collaborative networks within and outside the organization. Explain technical, procedural, legal information to non-experts. Clearance A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position. Experience Requires ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree, or eight (8) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for an Associate’s degree. Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Desired skills include signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA), aerospace design and engineering, communications, electronic or industrial systems. Benefits Erias Ventures offers a comprehensive benefits package including wealth, health, and happiness benefits. Salary range: $135,000 - $185,000 depending on experience and education.
