Senior Kinaxis Specialist - Supply Chain Planning . We are seeking candidates residing within 50 miles of any Eaton location in the USA. Preferred locations include Beachwood, Ohio; Galesburg, MI; Raleigh, NC; Moon Township, PA; Houston, TX; or Menomonee Falls, WI. The annual salary range for this role is $123,750 - $181,500, based on skills, experience, and market considerations. What You’ll Do
Design, model, configure, and implement software and process solutions for Kinaxis/RapidResponse deployment. Analyze and improve business processes, support system implementations, and develop regional or global solutions. Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards. Responsibilities
Deep knowledge of supply chain planning, Kinaxis/RapidResponse, and global leadership experience. Support Agile processes, including decomposition of epics, estimation, and readiness of user stories. Provide Level 3 product support and collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs. Manage requirements, conduct gap analysis, and ensure solutions benefit global operations. Develop and deliver functional specifications, configurations, and change management plans. Apply governance and participate in process improvement initiatives. Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership globally. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. At least 7 years’ experience with ERP supply chain modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MFGPro, Mapics). Minimum 3 years’ hands-on Kinaxis experience with integration/admin exposure. Reside within 50 miles of an Eaton location in the USA. Must be a U.S. person per ITAR regulations and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred: Kinaxis certification or extensive experience in Supply Chain Planning projects. Knowledge of programming, databases, and agile principles. Skills
