Any US Bar license with ability to gain admission to Texas is welcome.
Basic Requirements for the Corporate Associate Attorney:
At least 2 years general corporate, M&A or private equity experience at AmLaw or prestigious regional or small firm Texas Bar or eligibility for admission Bent for excellent client service and professionalism
Position Details of the Corporate Associate Attorney:
Type of role: boutique law firm Schedule: 1500-1800 hours Location: Hybrid with proximity to Austin, Texas
Compensation:
$140,000-$200,000 base plus generous bonus and benefits
