RBR-Technologies is seeking a System Engineer with SIGINT experience to support one of our customers in Fort Meade, MD. This position can be hired at a level 2 or level 3.
Responsibilities
RBR-Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong SIGINT collection background and a holistic understanding of the end-to-end SIGINT production chain. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience in: SIGINT leadership roles (civilian and military preferred) SIGINT collection, analysis, and reporting The applicable standard government tools and databases necessary to perform SIGINT work Supporting unified and sub-unified commands (e.g., SOCOM, INDOPACOM) Cyber and traditional mission technologies (e.g., DNR, DNI) End User requirements management and satisfaction Preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintaining technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation. Writing and editing technical documentation for all of the project's hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and how-to documentation. Creating code documentation for software; producing implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities; providing field, data definition, and data flow documentation and formats technical publications from pamphlets, technical drawings, and consultations with technical personnel and other available resources. Managing system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s) (e.g., DoDAF, SOA). Contributing to the development of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents. Assisting with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components. Coordinating the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination. Participating in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based upon evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerations. Developing system design solutions that satisfy the system requirements and fulfill the functional analysis. Requirements
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with polygraph A level 2 Systems engineer requires 14 years of experience; Level 3 requires 20 years. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. An additional 5 years of experience may substitute for a degree.
