Data Center Sales Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our expanding portfolio of data center solutions. You’ll engage with clients, understand their business needs, and deliver tailored solutions that help them thrive in today’s digital landscape. What You’ll Do: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting. Understand client requirements and propose data center solutions, including colocation, cloud services, and managed services. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our client base. Negotiate contracts and secure partnerships that drive mutual success. Prepare detailed proposals and quotations aligned with client needs and company capabilities. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular updates and forecasts to management. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful solution delivery. Provide ongoing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Represent Startech Networks at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Proven track record in sales, preferably in data center or IT solutions. Strong understanding of data center services such as colocation, cloud, and managed services. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized. Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. B2B sales experience in the technology sector. Awareness of the latest trends and innovations in data center technologies. Key Skills: Sales expertise and ability to exceed targets Technical knowledge of data center solutions Strong customer focus and consultative selling approach Excellent communication and negotiation skills Effective time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities Ready to elevate your career in the data center space?
