Information Technology Leader - Salesforce
at our Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. As anInformation Technology Leader, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining our position as the global leader in smart lighting and shading systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to the innovation and reliability that define our brand. In this role, you will be a key member of our IT team, responsible for leading strategic initiatives and driving the evolution of our enterprise systems, with a strong focus on theSalesforce platform. You will oversee technical projects, collaborate across departments, and may lead a team of direct reports. You will work closely with other IT disciplines—includinginfrastructure,cybersecurity, anddigital workplace—to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams in thedesign, development, and implementationof innovative technologies that support and enhance business operations across the organization. , specifically Salesforce and MuleSoft Software development methodologies such as Agile Understanding best practices and QA for SaaS Platform integrations using APIs, webservices, and enterprise integration tools A
uthorization and authentication controls Integrating SaaS platforms with other Lutron enterprise systems Evaluating Salesforce offerings and making recommendations to stakeholders
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional project teams focused on the Salesforce platform, driving system convergence, managing implementations, and proactively resolving challenges. Design scalable, secure technical solutions for enterprise systems—including Salesforce—by collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to align architecture with organizational goals. Engage with internal stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from gathering business requirements to deployment and post-launch support. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously , ensuring high-quality execution, adherence to timelines, and alignment with business priorities. Develop expertise across a range of IT technologies , and lead training initiatives to upskill teams on emerging tools, platforms, and methodologies. Establish and optimize IT processes , implementing measurable improvements that enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and service delivery. Lead the resolution of IT application issues , including assessing business impact, communicating with IT leadership, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing long-term corrective actions. Collaborate effectively across departments , and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including IT and executive leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Information Science, Mathematics, or related degree required Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 required for each degree earned 10+
years experience
in a related field Expertise
in REST APIs, Object-Oriented Programming, and Database design
