The primary objective of the
Credit Risk Review (CRR)
function is to conduct timely, independent assessments of the organization's credit exposures and associated risks. Results from these assessments are shared with senior management and the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors. As a
CRR Advisor Senior , you will be part of a highly skilled team delivering objective evaluations of commercial credit exposures. You may serve as the
Reviewer in Charge , responsible for overseeing the successful completion of a review engagement. This includes managing review teams, conducting portfolio analyses, and summarizing findings from sampled credit files. Your strong understanding of commercial lending and credit risk practices will allow you to offer critical insights and recommendations to strengthen credit risk management. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Have managed average deal size of $50MM Experience with larger financial institutions (asset size $90B+) Exposure to revenue segments such as ABL, Business Banking, Corporate Banking, Mid-Market, and Lower Mid-Market (Commercial equivalents) Background in underwriting Preferred Qualifications
Robust credit knowledge and significant experience in commercial credit extension and portfolio management 12+ years
of credit risk or credit underwriting experience, especially involving large and complex transactions in areas such as Commercial Lending, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Corporate Banking, Leveraged Lending, and Middle Market Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle complex discussions and provide clear feedback to stakeholders Location & Work Environment:
This position is primarily based in a location within the organization's U.S. operational footprint. Preferred locations are listed in the job requisition. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely at the manager's discretion. Additional locations may be considered.

Conduct comprehensive file reviews of complex credit and credit-related transactions, including credit facility structures and underwriting practices. Demonstrate expertise in credit policies, procedures, inherent risks, and risk materiality. Validate scorecard risk ratings and borrower credit administration. Ensure an understanding of portfolio trends, emerging risks, and root causes. Prepare and complete work papers, issue tracking, and supporting documentation independently. Follow up on findings with business leaders and serve as a second-level reviewer. Communicate CRR objectives, findings, and recommendations effectively, particularly in the context of issue remediation. Analyze risk in assigned credit portfolios through trend assessment and reporting reviews. Identify risk concentrations, systemic issues, or emerging trends. Lead review teams as the

for assigned business segments. Assess file review results, finalize ratings, and draft review reports. Leverage deep knowledge of the credit cycle and economic indicators to evaluate their impact on credit portfolio performance. Utilize research tools effectively in review processes.
