Senior Counsel
to join their legal team. This role offers an opportunity to work directly with executives and support multiple business units in a collaborative environment that values diversity and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic business partner, supporting business objectives and risk mitigation Negotiate and structure agreements, advise on legal issues, and support compliance and regulatory matters Supervise legal professionals and contribute to process improvements within the legal department Minimum Requirements: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and 6+ years of experience in business law within the medical device or life sciences industry Active bar membership in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction Willingness to travel up to 15% Preferred Experience: Healthcare regulation, FDA, HIPAA, GDPR, FCPA Experience with software transactions The salary range is
$160,000-$190,000 annually , with eligibility for bonus and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k). This position can be onsite in Chaska, MN, Brea, CA, or remote for highly qualified candidates. For more details, visit
