UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling Implementation Senior Consultant . This role involves working within Deloitte's HR Transformation practice, which is a significant part of their Human Capital Consulting team, focusing on UKG platforms. Responsibilities
Implement UKG WFM Pro modules including Advanced Scheduler, Time & Attendance, and others, with familiarity in Boomi integration layer. Manage full lifecycle of UKG WFM Pro projects, from analysis to hypercare. Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and client meetings. Design work efforts and proactively address project issues. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree At least 5 years of experience in HR and WFM functions, including UKG modules and project lifecycle management. Experience in requirements workshops, troubleshooting UKG platforms, and ability to travel up to 50%. Preferred Skills
External consulting experience Experience with other HRIS implementations Additional Information
The salary range is estimated between $131,175 and $218,625, depending on experience and other factors. The role can be located in multiple U.S. cities, with possible remote work options.
