As a Natural Gas Structuring Senior Advisor, you will report to VP Structured Gas Origination, you will play a critical role in analyzing, structuring, and optimizing natural gas and storage transactions to support our trading and risk management activities. Develop and implement complex natural gas and storage transaction structures to optimize profitability and manage risk Conduct detailed market analysis and modeling to support trading strategies, transportation and storage acquisition, optimization and decision-making processes Collaborate with traders, originators, risk managers, and other analysts to identify and evaluate market opportunities Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on market trends, transaction performance, and risk assessments Monitor and analyze regulatory and market developments that impact natural gas markets Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the team Continuously improve and refine analytical tools and models to enhance accuracy and efficiency

What You Can Expect

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in which you completed courses in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, and gained an understanding of quantitative functions and professional presenting Minimum of ten (10) years of general business experience Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in natural gas structuring, trading, or a related analytical role A deep understanding of natural gas markets, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing, and regulatory environment Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders Proficiency in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and convey complex information clearly and concisely Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Salary Range:

$150,060 – $230,920 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
