Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Ascendion We are a growing Civil Construction Company, looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone with previous Civil experience, with with 5+ years of Project Manager experience. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and codes. Coordinate and manage activities delegated by the Project Manager, ensuring that work is completed to the required standard. Communicating with owners, vendors and subcontractors Coordinating with jobsite superintendents while maintaining a positive client relationship across multiple projects Requirements 5+ years of previous Project Manager experience 2+ years of Civil experience; highway, warehouse, earthwork, industrial, etc. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities. Seniority level
