Job Summary: As a PrincipalProductManager-Technical at Datalign Advisory, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-endproductlifecycle for critical components of our platform. You will defineproductstrategy, lead development efforts, and work cross-functionally to driveproductinnovation and growth. As an individual contributor, you will directly influenceproductvision while focusing on high-level strategy and complexproductexecution. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and an ability to work across various teams to deliver exceptionalproductsthat meet the needs of users and financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

ProductVision and Strategy: Own and develop theproductstrategy for a key component of Datalign Advisory’s platform. Ensure that theproductvision is aligned with overall company objectives and market needs. Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute theproductroadmap, ensuring that it is focused on delivering value to users and achieving business goals. Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives. Customer-Centric Approach: Engage deeply with users and financial advisors to understand their challenges, needs, and pain points. Use this knowledge to shapeproductdecisions and improve the overall user experience. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to bring yourproductvision to life. Lead discussions with these teams to ensure successfulproductdevelopment and delivery. Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data to make informedproductdecisions. Define success metrics, analyze performance, and iterate based on insights. Use A/B testing, customer feedback, and analytics to drive continuous improvements. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, competitorproducts, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities for innovation and ensure that yourproductstays ahead of the competition. Execution and Delivery: Own the fullproductlifecycle from concept to launch. Prioritize features, write detailedproductrequirements, and work with engineering and design to deliver high-qualityproductson time. Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicateproductprogress, updates, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels. Act as theproductexpert for your area and ensure alignment with the broader organizational goals. Innovation and Impact: Proactively identify new opportunities to improve the platform and expand its capabilities. You will be a thought leader, driving both incremental improvements and breakthrough innovations. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field. 7+ years of experience inproductmanagement with a proven track record of delivering impactful softwareproducts. Experience leading complexproductinitiatives as an individual contributor with the ability to drive cross-functional efforts without direct managerial authority. Strong understanding of agileproductdevelopment methodologies and software engineering processes. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems with a customer-centric approach. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and with senior leadership. Experience with data-drivenproductmanagement, including developing KPIs, running A/B tests, and using analytics tools to inform decisions. Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or advanced degree in a related field. Experience in the fintech or financial advisory industry. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data science-drivenproducts. Strong understanding of user experience design, customer segmentation, and experimentation frameworks. Experience in scalingproductsin high-growth, dynamic environments. Preference for Amazon and other FAANG companies.
