Job Description
The Project Manager will oversee the planning and construction of water resources projects, including Water Treatment Plants, Pumping Stations, Water Mains and Pipelines, Storage Tanks, Wastewater Collection Systems, and Wastewater Treatment Plants.
Responsibilities
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration. Maintain transparent communication channels with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Coordinate subcontractor scopes, activities, and payment terms. Keep accurate records of project progress, financial analysis, budgets, and documentation. Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion. Prepare and submit progress pay applications accurately and promptly. Manage project close-out procedures, including startup, commissioning, and warranty. Identify and address job site hazards promptly and efficiently. Delegate tasks to project staff and organize team efforts effectively. Lead project teams effectively, ensuring proper resource allocation. Ensure timely completion of all submittals and project correspondence. Provide support to multiple project teams as needed.
Qualifications
Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities Strong conflict management and resolution skills Effective communication with project stakeholders Ability to protect and promote company interests Knowledge of cost control and revenue management Proficient in data entry and information processing Ability to work independently Good understanding of construction methods and materials for water treatment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 3-5 years of experience in the Water/Wastewater Construction Industry preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint Proficient in Primavera P6 and PDF Editing Willingness to travel as required Valid driver's license
