Army NAF Pay setting rules apply to this vacancy. Duties Serves as the IMCOM Directorate, Chief, MWR Business and Recreation Programs with direct leadership for all Business and Recreation Programs with responsibility for planning, directing, coordinating, and managing across IMCOM Directorate. Provides technical, administrative and managerial direction, guidance, and assistance to division staff to assist in fulfilling his/her responsibilities. Delegates authority to subordinate supervisors and holds them accountable for the performance of their branch. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A one year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Appointment subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3. Position sensitivity II; must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually.
