Project Manager - TS/SCI

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Project Manager- TS/SCI for a world leading technology organization in the Raleigh Durham, North Carolina area.The Project Manager – TS/SCI will work a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.The Project Manager – TS/SCI must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance. Responsibilities for the Project Manager – TS/SCI include: ·

Manage multiple projects at a time ·

Influence and hold other teams accountable to project scope and initiatives ·

Lead project and program teams through Agile ceremonies such as Commits, Demos, Retrospectives ·

Proactively communicate to senior leadership on project progress and risks Qualifications for the Project Manager – TS/SCI include: ·

ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance ·

Ability to work a hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote ·

3+ years of professional project management experience ·

Experience managing IT infrastructure projects ·

Understanding of Agile and Waterfall ·

Ability to influence others and build /maintain relationships within the org to guide effective teams ·

Strong understanding of project management principles Compensation for the Project Manager – TS/SCI: ·

Annual Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 plus a comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays ·
