TA Instruments’ Product Solutions team is comprised of highly skilled, motivated, and customer-focused professionals who develop and implement the company’s product strategy. As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and health of products in the TA Instruments portfolio, leading business planning and execution for the thermal franchise. This includes defining the portfolio strategy, managing key products throughout their lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and collaborating with R&D and commercial teams to deliver successful products and business growth. You will work with sales, marketing, and applications teams to communicate key value propositions and product positioning to target markets and customers through various formats. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with all major business groups while maintaining and building relationships with customers worldwide. Responsibilities

Manage product lifecycle, making decisions and adjustments based on market and business conditions. Investigate, define, and create the product roadmap for key thermal products aligned with materials characterization strategy, including: Prioritizing technologies, markets, and personas. Establishing a compelling vision and strategy to meet strategic and financial objectives. Defining product/solution segmentation and positioning. Plan and lead new product launches in coordination with cross-functional teams to maximize impact on top-line growth. Conduct market research, assess trends and competition, and identify customer needs. Partner with R&D for aligned strategies in new product development. Translate market needs into clear business opportunities and product requirements. Provide leadership throughout product development and commercialization to ensure market fit and growth. Lead commercial product enablement activities, including messaging, competitive analysis, product training, and sales tools. Qualifications

Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences) or equivalent experience. Proven track record in implementing go-to-market product strategies within a matrix environment. Strong experience in developing product roadmaps and line plans. Expertise in translating customer needs into market requirements and financial models. Ability to understand scientific theories relevant to technical instrument requirements.
