The Intelligence Program Manager will become a member of a dynamic leadership team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting Global Security's mission of protecting J&J employees, contractors, global travelers, facilities, and assets. Reporting to the Senior Director of Intelligence and Investigations, this Program Manager will oversee a network of regional intelligence analysts located in EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America. This position will manage a 24/7 global intelligence posture, inform executive decision-making, and drive proactive threat mitigation strategies that safeguard business continuity, traveler safety, and reputation. The role will have a strategic and operational focus with oversight of a wide range of estimative, explanatory, and quantitative intelligence production. The selectee will also provide intelligence-related support to corporate security investigations and serve as an internal Global Security key stakeholder among cross-functional teams protecting our most valued assets. A highly qualified candidate will have strong research, analysis, and communication skills and be technologically proficient. Key Responsibilities Develop, track, and prepare quantitative reports, including Key Performance Indicators and threat trends. Supervise a team of analysts based in regions across the world, specifically related to the execution of intelligence core functions. Lead, produce, and edit written analytical reports, including travel risk assessments for executives' travel. Develop standardized policies, procedures, and guidelines to govern the Intelligence Program and Case Management System. Provide direct intelligence support to the Executive Protection team, including threat monitoring, travel risk intelligence, and social media surveillance. Conduct research using open source, subscription, and security-related services to monitor and assess current and emerging threats globally. Lead after-action reviews for incidents involving executive threats, protests, or geopolitical disruptions. Liaise with government agencies, industry working groups, and global security partners to enhance intelligence collection and situational awareness. Qualifications Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A Master's degree (in Political Science, International Relations/Affairs, Intelligence, Criminal Justice) is preferred. Experience And Skills Required: 6-8 years of professional work experience. At least 3 years in an intelligence-related capacity. Formalized intelligence training on tradecraft and analytic techniques. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong ability to synthesize large amounts of data and draw conclusions. Ability to work collaboratively and independently, including leading high-visibility tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexible schedule, especially during crises. Experience briefing senior management/executive leaders. Preferred: Experience in government and/or private sector intelligence roles. Experience with data analytics software and geospatial technologies like PowerBI, I2, ArcGIS. Understanding of physical security practices and risk management.
